Managing Intergenerational Conflict – Introduction As the director of training for Transformative Training I spend a lot of time talking about how we train managers and executives to manage conflict in intergenerational work forces. There’s a lot of conflict right now that’s being talked about between Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, Baby Boomers and Traditionalists.
