Testimonials
After recently being promoted to CEO of an organization that I've been with for over ten years, I knew that I needed the support of a good coach to navigate the transition. I chose Jeannie and Transformative Training because she has worked with our organization for many years and I trust her implicitly. After just a few months of coaching, I can say that I feel more grounded and centered in my own style of leadership. I understand my leadership tendencies - both positive and challenging, and I am better able to catch my saboteurs that get in the way of being the best leader I can be. I have more clarity around my role and my work and how I show up in different situations. Also, for someone who is a peacekeeper, I no longer am fearful of conflict and feel equipped to make difficult decisions. Executive coaching with Jeannie really has been transformative.
We have used Transformative Training with our company for almost two years now, mostly training our leadership team on things like giving feedback and conflict management. The sessions Jeannie holds are engaging (even to a reluctant audience), educational, and immediately useful. Jeannie and Transformative Training have made a notable impact for our leadership team and our company! I can't recommend them enough.
Transformative Training has helped our diverse team develop our leadership, communication, and strategic skills so we can achieve our very important mission. Our facilitator is a good listener, she adjusts to what we need, and she is also great at asking the hard questions that make us think. She has prompted behavioral changes that really make a difference.
Jeannie has helped me to transform my inner world, with huge impacts on my outer. Aside from our individual coaching sessions, she also gave our young startup a new language to see each other more clearly & communicate much more effectively. Miss her and miss out!
