THE FOUNDER & CEO JEANNIE GUNTER, MA
Jeannie works with a wide variety of clients to help them increase their team effectiveness and leadership capacity in their teams. She has worked both nationally and internationally as an organizational consultant, facilitator, speaker and wilderness guide.
With a strong background in group dynamics, over the past 20 years Jeannie has guided hundreds of teams in a wide variety of organizations to successful outcomes in team, personal and professional development. She specializes in creating a powerful blend of cognitive and experiential trainings, Team Building Facilitator Training, facilitating dynamic leadership retreats, and creating breakthroughs in communication and engagement in the workplace.
Jeannie’s passion is to create opportunities for people to gain insight into themselves and their teams in order to transform limitations into opportunities, make powerful choices, and inspire themselves and those around them to create a more fulfilling and successful workplace.
Jeannie has a BA in Communication from Lewis and Clark College and a MA in Communication from Arizona State University. An avid believer in continuing education, she has taken numerous professional and personal development trainings including Train the Trainer (ASTD), Train the Trainer 1 and 2 (Peak Potentials), certification training in MBTI type I and II as well as trainings in non-violent communication, leadership, experiential education, ecopsychology and Council, to name a few. She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Wilderness Guides Council.
LEAD FACILITATORS
Mark specializes in mediation, conflict resolution, strategic planning, marketing, leadership and management trainings. He has worked with a wide range of clients and, as an attorney, he also has expertise in the area of of business litigation.
Mark is not your usual “attorney type” – he is a dynamic, engaging facilitator who is passionate about organizational and team growth and development. The feedback Mark gets from clients is that he is supportive, fun and results-oriented.
Anthony Mitchell, MS, specializes in business and career coaching and training. Anthony has 20 years of experience as a human resources manager for both non-profit and for-profit companies, most recently for a Fortune 500 biopharmaceutical company.
Anthony has delivered training in a variety of areas related to individual effectiveness, career management, change management, and effective collaboration in the workplace. He utilizes these learning and development tools to empower individual and team effectiveness in organizations. Outside of his coaching and training practice, Anthony spends much of his time in outdoor activities, and in volunteer service to youth in the community.
Kathy has been consulting to organizations for twenty-five years, specializing in the areas of Leadership, Organization Development and Talent Management. Kathy has extensive experience working with organizations inexecutive coaching and leadership development, seminar/workshop design and facilitation, and creating and building high performance teams.
As an organizational consultant, Kathy’s focus is on helping clients understand the change process, plan an effective change strategy and implement change successfully. In her role as coach to senior leaders, Kathy has coached executives in a variety of industries across the U.S. and internationally. Kathy has an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a certified executive
Kerry has over fifteen years of experience facilitating teams as a corporate trainer, business coach and college instructor. Kerry’s clients describe her as an energetic and engaging collaborator/facilitator. She has expertise in Myers Briggs (MBTI) Strength Finders, communication skills, and conflict resolution. Kerry also specializes in difficult conversations and understanding generational and gender differences. Her recent scholarly-practitioner work revolves around using social media in organizations and “netiquette”.
The philosophy behind Kerry’s facilitation is authenticity and empowerment. She is passionate about helping others to reach a deeper understanding of themselves and others in order to build relationships to create a more effective work place.
Michelle has 20 years of corporate and leadership experiencespecializing in strategic planning and corporate training. She has consulted with small and large companies to provide vision and develop creative ways to achieve corporate goals.
Michelle is an animated and engaging facilitator with expertise in leadership development, instructional design, change management, coaching clinics, critical conversations, performance discussions, and creating engaging presentations.
Michelle has a flair for getting all participants actively involved and having fun in order to maximize their learning experience.
Virginia has been serving organizations for 24 years as an organization development professional and master-level facilitator. Her areas of specialization include: custom process design and facilitation, strategic planning, organizational learning, innovation, board governance, team development, stakeholder dialogue, conflict management and change leadership. She has served a diversity of clients including Fortune 100 & 500 companies in a wide variety of industries, government agencies and not-for-profit foundations.
Virginia has extensive experience facilitating strategic dialogue with senior-level leaders and is skilled at managing conversation to engage thought diversity and cross-functional expertise. Virginia has a reputation as a skilled change agent in long-range cultural change and short-run group development. She is frequently asked to custom design work agendas that foster meaningful engagement, collaborative decision-making and action planning for shared accountability.
